Official notice: regulations template v1.1 for the 2026–27 season
Every tournament from Georgian Amateur Tour — Stage 4 (Final) onwards uses the same versioned regulations, with a dated refund table and a public changelog.

From Georgian Amateur Tour — Stage 4 (Final) every tournament on this calendar publishes its regulations from one shared template. Each tournament page now shows the version in force, the date it was published and what changed since the previous version.
What is new in v1.1. The refund rules are written as explicit dates rather than "days before the tournament": a full refund until the withdrawal deadline, 50% until one hour before the draw, and 80% on a medical certificate. The federation levy is listed separately and is never refunded.
Accepting the regulations. The entry form records which version you accepted. If a later version changes something that affects you, the tournament office will write to every entrant before the draw.
