Register for a tournament
Everything you need to get on an entry list: the steps, the deadlines, what it costs and who to ask when something is unclear.

Four steps to the entry list
- 1
Pick a tournament
Check the level, the city, the age groups and — most importantly — the entry deadline. Grade C and D draws are the place to start if this is your first tournament.
- 2
Choose your events
You may enter up to three events per tournament: one singles and two doubles is the usual combination. Doubles needs a partner — or tick “partner wanted” and we will try to pair you.
- 3
Send the entry
Fill in the form below. You will get a confirmation with the amount due and the payment reference within one working day.
- 4
Pay before the deadline
An entry is only accepted once the fee is paid. Unpaid entries move to the bottom of the waiting list when the event fills up.
Deadlines
- Entries usually open six weeks before the first day of play.
- Entries close at 23:59 Tbilisi time on the published deadline, normally the Wednesday before the tournament.
- The draw is made the following evening and published at least 48 hours before the first match.
- Late entries are accepted only if the draw has not been made and the event is not full.

Refunds
Withdraw before the entry deadline and the fee is refunded in full. Withdraw after the deadline but before the draw and half the fee is refunded. After the draw the fee is retained, unless you send a medical certificate within seven days — then it is credited against your next entry.
Age groups
Age groups run by year of birth for the whole season: a player who turns 15 during the season plays U15 all season. Juniors may play up one age group, and from U17 upwards may also enter the Open events. Veteran bands (35+, 45+, 55+) are counted the same way.
Levels and grades
Amateur tournaments split their draws into grades A to D: A is for players who train several times a week and win club events, D is for anyone in their first season. You declare your own grade; if it is clearly wrong the referee will move you after one tournament, and your ranking points move with you.
Entry form
Demo form — this is a working mock. Nothing is sent, nothing is stored, and no entry is created.
