For clubs and organizers
Host a tournament
Put your club's tournament on the national calendar. Check the sanction fee and the notice period for your level, then send the application; the federation reviews it and confirms ranking points and insurance.
How it works
Pick a level
The level sets the sanction fee, the notice period, the minimum number of courts and the referee you need.
Send the application
Dates, venue, courts, events, expected entries and the chief referee. The form checks the rules as you type.
Federation review
Within 10 working days. Approval applies the level's ranking multiplier, confirms insurance and opens your calendar entry.
Sanction fees and rules
Published fees per tournament level. The fee is invoiced only after approval.
| Level | Sanction fee | Notice before play | Minimum courts | Chief referee licence | Ranking multiplier | Event insurance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Club | Free | 4 weeks | 2 | Trainee | ×0.5 | Not included |
| Amateur | 50 GEL | 6 weeks | 4 | Regional | ×0.75 | Not included |
| Junior | 50 GEL | 8 weeks | 4 | Regional | ×0.88 | Included |
| Regional | 150 GEL | 10 weeks | 5 | Regional | ×1 | Included |
| National | 400 GEL | 16 weeks | 6 | National B | ×1.5 | Included |
| International | 1,200 GEL | 26 weeks | 8 | National A | ×2.5 | Included |
Submit at least the notice period before the first day of play. Example: today, 14 September 2026, the earliest start date for a National tournament (16 weeks) is 4 January 2027.
